Be Thou At Peace

| As a young private in the 3/75 Ranger Bn. I had the privilege of going to Ranger School with "Doc" Allgood. I may not have made it without his help and encouragement. Without that defining moment in my life I would not be an attorney and a Captain in the Army Reserves today. It is sad that such a good man who meant so much to so many is gone so young. I will always remember him and honor him as the hero he is. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. |
