| Sadly, I stumbled across the death notification of LTC Baragona while doing research on the DOD web site. I served under 1st Lt. Baragona while assigned to the Direct Support Battery 1st Bn 4th ADA(HAWK) in 1985 which was my first duty assignment at Ft. Lewis. I can recall his promotion ceremony to Captain. I remember him as an exemplary officer and outstanding leader who made a young soldier feel right at at home in the Army. My prayers are with his family. |
