| Rocky worked as our Chief Logistics Officer when I was the Deputy Commander for US Army Special Forces Command. He was, bar none, the most capable logisiticain with whom I ever had the opportunity to work. He was one of the most positive people on my staff and was always my "go to" guy. I was thrilled to hear of his selection for command...and crushed to hear of his death. We lost a great soldier that day. I will always remember his positive approach to life. |
