Dear COL McHugh, I thank you for all you have done to better our Country by your service and ultimate sacrifice to it. You are the essence of courage, moral values, and the high risks that goes with being part of America�s armed forces. You have died in a foreign land, but you have given your life so that America may live free of fear of its enemies on its shores. I grieve for your loss as do your family, your colleagues, fellow Americans, and its allies for America has lost one of its stalwart fibers of its being.
