| To express my reaction to seeing this as shock does not adequately express my emotions. I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin as his TAC at Camp Buckner the during graduation week of his plebe year. Contact with him was always uplifting and made everyone around him want to do more, better. He was the Company H-1 Commander his senior year, and as his TAC I was lucky enough to meet with him on almost a daily basis getting to know him this well I knew he would be an excellent officer and I was proud of the young man who was about to enter the U.S. Army. His loyalty was unlike any other man I knew, to the point of calling me after 5 years to let me know he was leaving the Army and that he hoped I wasn't disappointed. Kevin will be missed, |
