Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Mary Beckert on July 10, 2003:

I am writing here today to first of all thank all who have written very touching sentiments about their experiences with my brother Bob as well as to also honor the amazing person he was. Bobby had such a gentle soul for such a big burly guy! My entire life, he always was such a protector--and then later we became friends. Anyone who truly got to know him knew that he would do anything for anybody--He was an amazing Dad and I believe that both his son and daughter were blessed with much of Bobby's great qualities.
Bobby had an impact on so many people and I know that sometimes its hard because we miss him so much--But, I know what he wants for each one of us and that is to live and enjoy life and all its blessings.
I believe that one day we are all reunited in heaven and he will be waiting to embrace each one of us--'til then cherish the fond memories he's given us and let God and life heal your soul, With Love and admiration,
Your Sis, Mary
