| I was deeply saddened to hear of Bob Vrindten's death. He was my Beast Barracks squad leader and taught me and a bunch of lousy plebes about what West Point was all about. Although we didn't keep in touch after plebe year, he meant a lot to me and the fellow B-1 Boys. He will always have a place in my heart. |
