It was glaring to see Mike's photo on the eulogy page above. I came to the site to say a few words and make sure Fitzy was remembered. But seeing his picture was jarring. Mike was a great person and I am sorry to Jill and family that you will not have him in your life any longer. I knew Mike at school but really got to know him at the advanced course at Sill. We've talked a few times in subsequent years and, like most people I know from WP, we picked up as if we had seen each other yesterday. It is an everlasting benefit of WP. Be well Mike. I am sure he is skiing double blacks somewhere. |
