I fondly remember letting off steam with Tim by jamming up in the band practice room in Bldg 720. Tim was uniquely able to role-model the ability to put aside petty inter-band squabbles and help us all remember the more important things in life: friendships, kind words, warm smiles, and encouragement for even the most novice of musicians. My West Point music memories have always included Tim -- I regret that I never had the chance to tell him that. |
