Be Thou At Peace

It has truly been a privilege and honor to know Tim. As members of the Gospel Choir at the Academy we shared many wonderful times, but my most vivid thoughts of Tim will be his unwavering faith. Having shared with him and Paula the ups and downs of his fight with cancer from the beginning, I was always encouraged by his strength and positiveness. No matter what I was going through I would think of Tim and Paula and their steadfast faith and know that if they could stand strong and make it through, then so could I. Tim's faith has touched so many and because of him I am sure that many others have now chosen a closer walk with God. God sometimes uses one to reach others and Tim was chosen to be that beacon. I thank God for Tim and his faith. I know that he has gone on to a better place. Paula, stay encouraged. I am there for you if you need anything. Charlene Griffin |
