I must admit I was shocked (and still am) to read the post that Troy has passed. I saw a recent email of his on our class distribution list and wondered how he was doing. I recall attending AOBC with "The Fabes" back in the fall of 1989 where we had an absolute blast (no pun intended) learning about tanks and mechanized warfare, giving each other a hard time about anything and everything, and hoisting our fair share of beverages at the O-Club or in Louisville. Even though I haven't been in touch with him recent years, I will miss Troy greatly and fondly recall how he was able to lighten up a room with his humor, easygoing nature, and great impersonations. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. He was a great friend. Greg Anderson |
