I am the Principal at Antelope Valley High School, where Troy earned his diploma and moved on to WestPoint. He was a Captain of the the Varsity Football Team during the 1984 season. He was also the Senior Athlete of the year for the class of 1985. Our current Head Football Coach graduated from AV in 1989. He grew up watching and admiring Troy as a role model. We are dedicating our Varsity Football game tonight to Troy. He symbolized what our football program strives to impress upon our young people. It is with honor that we recognize his accomplishments.
