| Today I thought about Troy because it would have been his birthday. He was my brother Chris Hinds' best friend all through our school years. They each were so smart, but the two of them together were absolutely brilliant and larger-than-life. It's so hard to believe they are both gone so early. To Troy, I owe his encouragement to attend college, and even though he was younger than I, and my brother's friend, I learned some honorable things about life from him. He was well-loved and is still missed. Prayers for his family. |
