| LT Sherry, I can't believe that it's been just over 30 years since you left us. While I didn't know you well, you were always a consummate professional when you visited the 1st Armored Division Tactical Command Post (DTAC) to check on our communications during Desert Shield/Desert Storm. We always looked forward to a visit from LT Sherry, because you raised everyone's spirits with your presence and personality. In the short time that we worked together, you made an impact on me and I have kept you in my prayers all these years that you are at peace. I will continue to keep you and your family in my prayers. Old Ironsides! |
