| I worked with Jim on the Joint Staff. He was very thoughtful, hard working and humorous man. When my son was born (our first), Jim sent a fruit basket to my wife on behalf of the AT/FP branch with a note of congratulations. Jim hated staff work and always thought about the troops in the field. He was passionate about doing everything he could to help those in harms way - and felt it was his duty to volunteer for the toughest jobs. Jim will be missed by all who came in contact with him. My wife, Corinna, and I send our sincere condolences to Sarah and Jim's extended family. We were lucky to know him. God Bless. |
