Be Thou At Peace
Posted by Andy Forssell on April 10, 2014:
I did a google search a few years ago for Harry's name, and got nothing. Even though Harry died before the internet took off, It seemed really wrong to me that there was just no record of him anywhere online. I'm very glad to see that this page now exists, and very happy to see Harry's picture.
Harry was an amazing guy, and between '90 and '94, he and I spent a lot of time together, both in El Paso and out in the field training with M Company and L Troop, 3/3 ACR. I can't believe that this summer it will be twenty years. A month doesn't go by that I don't think of him for some reason.
Harry had as much enthusiasm and drive as anyone I've ever met. He had a great appreciation for things "done right", and he set the bar high for himself and those around him. He made a big impact on the lives of all of us who had the privelige to spend time with him and get to know him. I miss him, and I'm sure he's missed by many others. I hope more people find their way here and make an entry.
