I served with Steve in Weisbaden Germany, 1996-1997. Steve was an outstanding person, athlete and officer. He was definitely the "All American", gifted, handsome, and athletic. I miss him, cherish the memories, his annual party, conversations and honored to spend time in his company. Godspeed! |
