| Steve was a terrific young officer when we met him at the University of Kentucky. He predicted our son would be a pitcher some day, especially since he was a lefty. Our son has his baseball card in the front of one of his books and knows that Steve was by far the best person he ever met that played baseball. He was an inspiration then and now. We are thankful for having the chance to know him and call him friend. His influence will live forever. |
