| I also did not know Jason personally; my wife Sherry and I are friends with his father Clyde George who has always shown great concern for us during my daughter's battle for her life. I wish I could express my gratitude for this man's sacrifice adequately. A missionary named Jim Elliott once wrote that "He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep to gain that which he cannot lose." It seems as though these great men who give their lives, for those of us who could not serve ourselves, on the battle field understand this better than I can fathom. May God be with all of you who are his family. I will not forget Major Jason George. |
