Sorry for posting this late. Josh has been on my mind since July and he will continue to be on my mind. His death hit me hard and caused me to think hard about life. I roomed with Josh for one semester during our Cow year (I3) and we remained close friends. I then ran into him during the Engineer Advance Course. Although, he was Armor, he fit in well in Engineer Country :) I shared a lot of good times with Josh during our tenure at the Academy whether it was intramurals, chow time, or just hanging out in our rooms. There were many nights we would talk ourselves to sleep; he would fall asleep first or I would. We talked about everything....God, family, personal relationships, enjoying life, marriage, etc. I can honestly say I will never forget Josh. One day, I will make it a point to tell my children about this fine man. Josh will always have a place in my heart. |
