To the family of Major Leonard, There are no words that can describe the heartfelt sorrow that I have for your family at this most difficult time. I am very grateful for the selfless service and ultimate sacrifice that Major Leonard rendered to this great nation. Please know that your West Point family grieves with you, and I pray that God will hold your entire family in the palm of His loving hand during this time. |
