Dearest Paine Family and all those that had the honor of knowing Mark: On behalf of the USMA Class of 1997, I offer our utmost condolences on Mark?s most untimely passing. We offer our greatest possible respect and reverence for his friendship, his service, and his most honorable passing while truly living the West Point motto of Duty, Honor, Country. We honor who he was. He will be greatly missed. Mark, Be Thou at Peace, dear friend, Be Thou at Peace. Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you.
