Dave and I kind of "grew up" together at West Point, being in the same squad during Beast. His calm and collected demeanor rubbed off on everyone he was around, a natural leader. He was the most unselfish and hardest worker I have ever known, and all around just the greatest guy. Dave would do anything to help anyone. He leaves a great memory in my mind that will always be with me and our group of friends, as we had a lot of great times together. To his family, I am truly sorry for your loss. I wish you all the best as you celebrate Dave's life. He impacted a great deal of people, and always brought a smile and a good time with him whereever he went. He truly believed in what he did.
