| I knew Dave through common friends. In the short time that I knew Dave, I will always remember him as a ?good dude? ? a guy you wanted on your side both as a soldier and a friend. Dave had a kind heart and a strong spirit; he was humble in his accomplishments, driven to succeed and always seeking to serve. Dave will be deeply missed by all who knew him. I feel fortunate to have known him even just a little while. To his family, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Your son is an inspiration to all who serve and will not be forgotten. Dave, well done: be thou at peace. |
