The response of our nation to strike at those who have inflicted so much horror upon the world was manned by our young, brave children. They carried our resolve on their backs enduring untold hardships and obstacles. David Bernstein gave up his life for our cause and there is no measure to our grief at his loss and the loss of all the young men and women who have died in this struggle, our struggle as a nation. To you David goes our nation's gratitude and to your parents and family go our breaking hearts at their loss. We owe your family all the support and comfort we can provide as the smallest of tokens we can extend to them in payment for your great sacrifice. Rest at ease knowing that we will carry out our responsibility to see to their needs just as you took on the responsibilities of our nation. Rarity Bay Community |
