Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Don & Vicki Bobo on October 28, 2003:

It was our fortunate pleasure to have recently met Rich and Gail, our future neighbors at Rarity Bay. In our short time together, we know how fortunate we are to have them as friends and neighbors for the future. During this time, we learned about Doug, Michelle, and David, and what's going on in their lives. They are obviously extremely proud of their children, and the more we heard, the more we understood why. We talked about David and how proud they were of his service to his country, that he was doing what he believed in and wanted to do. Although we never met David, we expressed to Rich and Gail how thankful we were that David felt so strongly about his service to his country, and how he is representing us all in the face of extreme danger.

Our hearts go out to both Rich and Gail in this sorrowful moment. We sincerely regret never having the opportunity to meet David, but he lives on through your cherished memories. We have read all of the eulogies with a heavy heart, but also know you must be so proud of David. Please know that our thoughts and wishes are with both of you and your family.
