Can't count the number of times I've reflected on Dave's life and heroic death over the last seven years, but it's always most this time of year. Being back at West Point as an instructor, I often see him here as I remember him best; as a Cadet, classmate and friend. In times of adversity or just on a quiet night on the COP, his memory has always made me stronger. Rich, Gail and Family, you are always in my thoughts and your kindness and love are legacies of their own that I will always carry with me. |
