It is obvious from his portrait what a genuine and loving person we have lost. I have trouble understanding the loss of the best our country has to offer. I don't think I will ever get past the sense of loss we all feel when we lose another from our West Point family. But, I know he, like so many others who serve, did so with a great sense of honor and gratefulness for all we have in this great country. May your children always know what an awesome dad they had. Saying "thank you" seems so small, but I say it anyway. |
