| I got to know Joe "upon the fields of friendly strife." We were on the 150s Football Team together and stayed friends throughout our West Point experience. Joe was a leader on and off the field. He was a varsity letter winner and go-to guy in game situations. He was also recognized as the individual CPS (Cadet Performance Score) leader for the team, which is given to cadet-athletes who excel in all areas of cadet performance (academic, military and physical). Joe was a friend, always having a kind word and a friendly smile. I feel blessed to have known him. You will be missed Joe. |
