All of my West Point memories are of events that Joe and I were in together. From trying to get through Math class or passing the FE exam in Virginia after working to get our Aero Capstone Plane finished, Joe was there with me. I wear a bracelet in his memory and wonder about what could have been. He was destined for greatness and all we saw was a glimpse. I can only strive to be half of the man that he was and can only imagine what he was like in combat. I pray for the Lusk family every night before I go to bed. As we approach the holiday season and the one year after his passing, I continue to pray for the Lusk family and all those affected by the loss of a great man. We miss you Joe, God bless.
