Be Thou At Peace

| I first met Andrew in 1996 when we both started the Prep school together. He was identified early on as one of the leaders in our class. Later, during our Cow and Firstie years, we were both in company H-2 together. Although we never really got along that well, I always knew Andrew was a great person. When we were in the Mountains phase of Ranger school, Andrew was the sole reason I passed my patrol. I was acting as the Platoon Sergeant, and he was acting as the Medic. He showed me almost everything I needed to do to pass the patrol. I was, and will always be thankful to him for this. Andrew was a real class act, and I offer my most sincere condolences to his family. He was a true man and a leader. Be thou at peace. Ryan |
