Be Thou At Peace

My dear friend Drew, I shed my tears for I knew you well. We started our journey together, with just hopes of getting into the academy. Prep school memories of you marching in front of the formation as the commander and me marching beside as the first sergeant. Our room had a line straight through the middle: your side clean, while mine was a mess. At cross country and track practice, you made me better, while I just asked you to slow down. You were a blessing to us. All I can think to say now is “2001 ‘till duty is done.” and may it be said, “Well Done - Be Thou at Peace." We love you Andrew Pearson.
