Although years removed from the Class of 2002 and Michael Adams, I feel as though I know him a little bit through his family. Often when staying in Leavenworth I would stop in and see his Mom and Dad at the Photography Gallery they run. They were always eager to bring me up to speed on his whereabouts and how he was doing. His Sister, MaryLynn, worked in the Cheesemongers Shop, another Leavenworth shop we frequent. The entire family was very proud of him and what he was accomplishing. The news of his passing was a terrible shock to me as I knew he was soon to be coming home. The world is a lesser place without Michael -but his memory will live on in the hearts of those he served and led to help make this a safer world for us all. God bless you Michael - be thou at peace.
