I am a ham operator and one day I had a QSO with Mike while he was a cadet at West Point. Mike and I chatted on e-mail a few times and I lost contact. I recently went through some QSL cards and found the West Point cards that Mike sent me and thought that I would look up his call sign on the internet. I then discovered the web site that disclosed what happen to Mike. I regret that I have not heard about what happened to Mike until now. From a fellow soldier and fellow ham, so long Mike. |
