Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Jeremiah Hurley on November 9, 2005:

I dreaded the time this page would come up. From the time I found out till today it didn't seem like this could have happened to Jim.

From my time with Jim on the pitch till I last saw him in Baghdad, I could always count on him to have my back. As good a friend as one could ask for. I know that Jim continued to support me in ways I could never know by watching over my wife while they were deployed. His love of this country and the men he served can not be put into words. It is truely a credit to Jim's leadership that his BN has permanently retired his callsign, "Top Flight 6."

It is an honor to have known and served with a man of his caliber. His family can be proud of his contributions to the world.

Be Thou at Peace
