| I knew Torre from the 50s football team. He was a great man and a superb leader, especially to us defensive backs on the team. He always pushed me to be a better player, cadet and person. He was one of the toughest people I've ever met and never gave up. The world is a much worse place without him. He will be greatly missed. |
