Capt. Mallard Is a great man, I served as "white-one delta" for Then LT. Mallard. In B trp. 1-7 CAV. When he first arrived in the motorpool in Ft. Hood, Texas I was blown away by his positive influence and leadership. He was respected by all both at work and during Friday morning contact football P.T., he would make you think twice about staying inbounds! When we were deployed in march 04 he held us together on those long long route Irish missions staying always ready and at the same time crackin jokes, talking stories through the CVC. He was my leader up to and beyond my ETS date in June 05. My heart is heavy. Torre you will always be loved and missed and always be a regarded as a Friend and a hero. We will meet again on F.G. GARRY OWEN!!! |
