Be Thou At Peace

I wish to extend my sympathy to the family of LT Leonard Cowherd. He has taken an honored place among the ranks of those who, although they did not seek death, were willing to risk everything in service to the country. I am grateful that we have such young people among our citizens, and I appreciate his sacrifice, and that of his family.
