Jack allowed me to join his family by giving me his eldest daughter's hand in marriage. He took me in when I was a E5 in the Navy and helped me to believe I could be more than I was. He may be gone from the earth, but his spirit and memory lives on in those he touched. He will never die as long as we remember. He was dad to us and Grandpa to my daughter. He is missed.
