Laura and I didn't know each other well, but we did know each other. I haven't met very many people in this life that have struck me as so genuinely kind as she did. When I heard news of her death, I knew the Army, Nation, but above all her family, have suffered a great loss. I pray that all can find comfort in our loss being Heaven's gain. Her friends and family are in both my wife's and my prayers. God bless and keep you, Laura. |
