Well ... Unlike most of the people here, I had only known Laura for a month. She was a true lady and a soldier. It was refreshing to meet someone of her caliber; honest, sincere, and professional. The paratroopers in my platoon enjoyed talking to her, so much so that one even asked her to reenlist him. It's sad to hear how she lost her life, helping those that could not help themselves.
