Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Anna Fajardo on May 8, 2006:

I had the pleasure of meeting Laura a few years ago when she spent Thanksgiving with Lyndsey in Clarksville. I remember the first time I saw her, Lyndsey hid and I ran up to her hugging her telling her how excited I was to see her. She looked at me like I was crazy not knowing who I was, I insisted I was Lyndsey (I had just changed a bit). She was sweet, hugged me and said hello. Then Lyndsey came out and suprised her. I instantly fell in love with Laura and her personality. I was lucky enough to spend the weekend getting to know her. She stayed a night at my home, we gossiped all night and eventually the three of us crammed a full size bed to sleep. I thought that weekend would be the last time I would hear from her and to my suprise a few weeks later I recieved a post card and then a Christmas card. I always bragged about the brief friendship I had with her. Laura left a lasting impression with me. My heart goes out to her family and friends. She is my HERO!
