Mike, It is currently AUG 08 and I know you would be proud. We finally brought stability to Iraq. All we need now is reconstruction and this "middle east experiment" that we often debate about might work out after all. US death tolls are at an all time low. Iraqi causalities are also down and the possibility of a civil war is no longer a threat. Foreign countries are reestablishing their diplomatic relations with the Iraqis. The Arab world for the most part is forgiving Iraq pre war debts. You would be proud. Bill always loyal; always there! |
