Hortman, You were before and always will be a hero to all of us. Palmetto Boys State will not be the same without you, but your spirit will carry us on. I will miss our conversations. Thank you for being the kind of man that someone would like their son to become. Thank you for being my friend. Thank you for your service to our great country. Thank you for being our hero. Until we meet again, Godspeed, Hortman. |
