Frank R. Maruzzella HOME OF RECORD: New York Frank Maruzzella was a non-graduating Member of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Class of 1949. He retired as a U.S. Army National Guard Brigadier General.

CITATION: (Citation Needed) - SYNOPSIS: The President of the United States of America, authorized by Act of Congress, 20 July 1942, takes pleasure in presenting the Legion of Merit to Brigadier General Frank R. Maruzzella, United States Army, for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States, culminating with the New York National Guard in 1986. The singularly distinctive accomplishments of General Maruzzella culminate a long and distinguished career in the service of his country and his dedicated contributions reflect the highest credit upon himself and the United States Army National Guard.
