I knew Adam when we were in the Glee Club together. Having the opportunity to get to know him and perform in so many extraordinary concerts with him is a fond memory of my time at West Point. As anyone who was able to enjoy these moments in the Glee Club could recall, one of the most exciting was recording the song "Mansions of the Lord" for the film We Were Soldiers. Now more than ever is it a fitting song for the moment. God bless you, brother. I pray that now you are in a place where there is, as the song says, "No more bleeding no more fight / No prayers pleading through the night / just divine embrace, eternal light / in the mansions of the Lord."
