A true warrior with a gentle soul. Dan. The world will not be the same without you. In our brief exchange right after Paul's passing, I thought I told you to be careful and watch you six. In midst of grief, frustration, and anger, you just wanted to know how I was doing and when I will take command. Where else can you find another person with such heart? To Starr, Mr. and Mrs. Whitten, I am so sorry I couldn't do more to stop this. My promise to you is that I will do everything I can to honor Dan's sacrifice and bring justice to those who wish to do harm to another American. To Dan, Brother...rest in peace. |
