Be Thou At Peace

Posted by William Rodney Galloway on November 25, 2009:

To all,
On this day we give thanks for all the blessing God has bestowed upon our nation. As families gather and share their love together, we must remember that we still have our soldiers and sailors away from home.

For those who gave all, they are missed at this time.

If Tom were still here, he would say, "It is a wonderful day! A day that God gave our country to remember all that we should be thankful for. Let us bow our heads and thank our soldiers for the freedoms they fought for and the many sacrifices their families make to protect our nation."

His advice today: Take the time to stop all the work your doing. Stop and sit in the sun and feel the warmth of the autumn day, feel the mist if the clouds fill with rain, Touch the snow that falls all around. These are the memories that you will carry with you always. For today you are alive, enjoy the simple pleasures that we over look, when we become too busy to enjoy life.

Tom, your spirit will be with us all today as we sit together!

Do good!

My love to his family and friends.
Ed, Candy, we love you! Give his sisters a hug for us!
Erika, I hope you are home for the holidays, be safe and fly right! God is your pilot~
