Be Thou At Peace

Posted by KZ on October 7, 2011:

Four years ago I got the worst call I have ever received or ever will recieve but what bothers me more is that four years ago yesterday you were still here and we were still going to do all of the great things we had talked about. And then we weren't. They say that time heals all wounds but it doesn't, it just buries them beneath others.

Because of you I try to be a better person and try to remember to never forsake those who have graciously chosen to be a part of my life and although I generally fail miserably.... its in those fleeting moments of clarity and forgiveness that I feel happiest. You have left a mark on so many people. Even in your darkest of times I know that your only motivations were the people in your life that you valued most.

I love u and I miss you and I know that mom and dad's anniversary present was a monkey named gidget. You still make me laugh and you still make me cry. Know that you will always be a part of my life. ONE. x
