Be Thou At Peace

Posted by NS on October 8, 2011:

Just checking in: A lot has changed over the last couple of months. I moved to New Jersey and I'm clerking for a criminal court judge. Although it's close to NYC, I don't get to see everyone all that often although Lorne and Jeff's weddings are coming up in November - that will definitely be fun. I got a text from Andy letting me know that he had his wolverine shirt on today - I was thinking about putting on my wolverine halloween costume but its a kids small and I don't have anyone here to help me get out of it.

I'm still dating Tammy- its been a little more than two years and I've told you all about her. I spent this day with her last year and she didn't say a word as I told her two hours of stories about you. She's a great girl - I know I have your approval.

I thought that this would get easier as time passed and although I've slowly come to terms with the fact that I'll never see you again - I think about you daily. Please know that you'll always be in my heart and in my thoughts. You still mean so much to me and although I never told you this - you're the standard by which I judge myself. If I can be half the person you were - I'll consider myself fortunate.

I'm crying as I write this - I love you GZ.
